It's your walk along the path of life with a spiritual friend for company. It's your personal quest, a search for the Spirit moving in and through your daily life, led by an experienced guide.

An Overview

Spiritual direction is simply a process of deep listening, gentle questioning, silence, and prayer. The direction relationship is a shared faith journey with a compassionate guide, in the presence of the Holy -- God, Spirit, Creator -- however you understand it.
Spiritual direction is practiced in many faith traditions. No matter what faith you profess (including none), spiritual direction can be an insightful, illuminating process for you.
